Buying a product
On the Home Page, you will find a list of the products that are available. Find and click on the product you are looking for. You will, then, be sent to the product’s page with detailed information. Below the image is the product sizing chart, find the size that you need and click on the “Select” button at the end of the line, then click “Add to Cart.”
You will then be sent to your shopping cart where you can review your selection. Here you can change the quantity you want to purchase by filling the “Quantity” box with any number and clicking update. If you click to another page on the website, the items in your shopping cart will remain there. To return to your shopping cart from other page you can click the “Shopping Cart” link on the left side of the page.
When you are ready to buy, click on the “Check out” button in the shopping cart. You will land on a page where you will fill out the shipping and payment information needed to process your order.
Getting More Assistance
There are two ways to contact us. First, at the top of the page is our toll-free phone number. Feel free to call in and speak to our polite, helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative.
The second method is with our easy-to-use contact form. Toward the top of the page is a link “Contacting Us” (see image). Click on that link and you will land on a page with a contact form asking for your name, phone number, email address, and a field where you can type your question.
Once you are done filling out the form, click submit and we will be sent the information you entered. We will respond to your question within one business day.
