SHIPPING POLICY
Packages will be shipped via FedEx or a local Courier, the determination of the shipping method is at the discretion of adultdiapersupplier.com and will be determined by cost analysis and location within the United States.
All orders placed before 4:00pm PDT Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day if the product is available. All orders placed after 4:00pm PDT Monday through Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
RETURN POLICY
Our incontinence products are the best as far as quality, absorbency and support for a healthy and worry free life style. We know you will never use another item (let alone return our product) once you've tested our incontinence line, so we offer a FREE SAMPLE of Diaper, Underwear or Bedding! Test before you buy!
adultdiapersupplier.com will accept returns on any case that has not been opened and is returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for the return shipping. To return a product, the customer must contact us by phone for a return authorization code. If a product is returned without a return authorization code the customer will not be reimbursed for the return.
If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective you must contact our office within 24 hours of receipt to receive a full refund. A return authorization code is required. If a damaged and/or defective product is returned without a return authorization code, the customer will not be eligible to receive a replacement.
